Nicole is amazing! She is kind, knowledgeable, and personable. My face always looks amazing after my appointment. I feel relaxed and rejuvenated after every appointment.

My facial with Sarah is alway exceptional. Her knowledge and expertise is amazing. My skin is always glowing.

Harriette is excellent; she knows my skin issues and is always prepared to remember the product used and previous services. She will offer a new treatment to continue the significant improvement I have seen since working with her. The staff at the site, is great, often they great me by name as I walk in, Good Morning Kerry, you checked in, feel free to have a seat Harriette will be with you shortly. They answer questions effectively and help me when I need to adjust my scheduled appointments. It is a pleasure to go to the site for services.

I love my therapist, Penny & the girls at the desk. Ferls like visiting friends & I leave there feeling relaxed.

When booking the appointment I did try to sign online and was not able to book it never sent me an e mail to verify the password. When i called in the front desk merged two profiles I had open so hopefully that worked. Besides the initial booking online everything else was grand

Everyone is very polite, friendly and professional. I'm 83 years old and have been using hand and stone for years now and have always felt better when I left then when I arrived.

Penny is wonderful ! She is very knowledgeable and I always look forward to my appointments to relax. The reception girls are wonderful as well... very friendly and welcoming.
