Highly satisfied and pleasantly surprised at my experience at Hand and Stone. It was my first time at this location. Kristyn was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. It was a great and relaxing experience. Afterwards, I was happy that she had addressed my concerns and my skin felt great.

The atmosphere from walking in the door to leaving at the end of my massage is always friendly and comfortable. My therapist does an amazing job!! Always feel wonderful when I leave.

My esthetician was Ember, and she was friendly and gave me an incredible facial. I rebooked with her for next month, which I think, speaks volumes. All of the staff are really friendly, and the extended and weekend hours are fantastic.

I had total knee replacement in Nov. This was my first massage since the surgery. My massage therapist made sure she understood my needs around my incision and knee and provided an amazing massage with appropriate pressure.

Bree is a miracle worker. She seems to know when I feel like chatting and when I'd rather be quiet. I can come in with the crunchiest, tightest shoulders and I leave feeling like a sleepy kitten. Highly reccomend.

Bailey is awesome esthetician. She is thoughtful and takes the time to address ones issues and recommends at home solutions to help.

I have experienced quite a few therapist at Hand and Stone over the years, so I have enjoyed others felt like a waste of a credit. The therapist that I currently book allows not only a great massage helping to relieve aches and pains but also allows me to fall into a full state of relaxation which is much appreciated. The reception area is always clean and perfectly lit. The moment you walk it a sense of calmness comes over you.

The session was great. She listened to my concerns about the last products, making my face itch and suggested a different line. The results are great. And I appreciated. She kept the visit timely as I had a massage booked right after the facial.
