I was experiencing pain in my neck before this appointment and it truly helped me get back to normal. Grey is a fantastic massage therapist that actually listens to the concerns of his clients. Will he coming back soon!

There was an issue with a gift card - basically at a previous visit, the incorrect barcode had been used from a gift card, so I had a gift card that had already been redeemed. After asking about this, reception staff looked up all of the gift cards I had on file and found one that was not redeemed. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use it on the visit that I had that day, but can use it for the future.

I have enjoyed every massage and facial at Hand & Stone. Every staff member has been professional and friendly.

Lizzie is an amazing esthetician, I look forward to my monthly membership facial. My skin has and continues to improve. I receive compliments and send all friends and family to her.

Jaime made my first experience here very positive, made me feel comfortable and relaxed, and allowed me to really enjoy the hot stone massage I received.
