Gretchen is great. She uses just enough pressure. I like the quiet atmosphere during the massage. I like the rewards program to earn free facials and massages.

This location has saved me from canceling my membership. Hand and Stone seem like a fast food of massage places. Now I feel a friendly place to go to people that generally enjoy what they do. You can tell that they just don't go to work. I've been to three other locations. This location in Brookhaven needs to be the model.

Therapists were friendly and helpful. My only wish is that I will encourage some minty or relaxing oils such as eucalyptus.
