I would love if it smelled more like a spa when you walk in. The scent of eucalyptus would make you feel more like you're walking into a luxurious hour!

I was incorrectly billed for my tip but when I called to correct the error it was quickly resolved.my estetician was very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with her care.

Great customer service was displayed from entering to exiting.

The staff was welcoming and knowledgeable, and provided all relevant information when I had any questions. They offered additional services and membership details without pushing, and were overall very kind :) My therapist Lorraine was a master and I will be coming back!

Jahmaica was very detailed, her hands were light and relaxing, she gave me information about every product she was using so I would know the benefit, and she recommended other services that might be beneficial to me because of some problem areas on my face and things i was concerned with. 15/10 service!
