My satisfaction resulted from the friendly attitude of the front desk, the comfort of the massage room and the ability of the massage therapist to meet my needs.

I have never had a bad experience at Hand and Stone. All the people are very nice. This particular massage was only my second because of the difficulty in scheduling, but the therapist was fantastic and I am hopeful the I will be able to book her again in the future.

Mary is always sure to ask about any new problem areas and is very attentive to responses. After my massage I felt so much better than when I arrived for my appt. :-)

The location is always welcoming and comfortable. Shelby did a great job with my massage and insured I was comfortable throughout. It was my first time seeing her and I was very happy with my service.

My esthetician listened to my areas of concerned and answered my questions before beginning treatment. She provided me different options to address my areas of concerns for me to choose. It was relaxing and my skin was looking flawless after my service.
