I like to build relationships with my personal upkeep specialists such as my esthetician, hair stylist, nail tech, etc. Valerie has been amazing in helping me with my skin journey and she offers great customer service. All the staff is extremely knowledgeable on all the products, deals, and membership packages.

It is a bit frustrating that therapists seem to leave as often as they do. Replacements have been excellent but would be nice to be able to maintain consistency with a therapist

Helped me schedule an appointment with a clinical team member that would best match me and my needs since my past providers didn't have open availability.
