Reception staff is always helpful and polite. The massage therapist I see knows what they are doing and listens to what I am telling them and more importantly what my body is telling them. The overall experience is comfortable.

I told the therapist I had some problem areas and she listened to me and worked around the issue.

This was my first facial I have ever had. I was highly satisfied with the entire experience! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, cleanliness and relaxing room set up. I have already scheduled for next month and joined as a member. Also, have recommended to a couple people.
