I like my therapist now and will continue to use her for future massages. I didn't care for two other therapists.

Jerry is always friendly and asks questions to determine what area needs the most work. He checks to make sure the pressure is right and not uncomfortable. I always feel like every one is friendly and cares about their job.

Queen is an excellent massage therapist. She listens to my needs and works my muscles accordingly. I feel the benefit from monthly visits.

Donna gives the perfect massage; counter staff persons are always friendly, warmly welcome you, and the Camp Bowie location is simply the best. So easy and available.

The therapist listened to my needs and proceeded to work on the specific areas of need. She was pleasant, applied the appropriate amount of pressure where needed and was a pleasure to work with.

Have had several massages with Jodi .She very pleasant, professional and mays close attention to my specific needs and asks several times throughout if I’m doing okay and if temperature is good.

I am satisfied with the service I get here, but I constantly feel like I'm a cog in the Hand and Stone business wheel. Products, promotions, doing something so that I can get something else is constantly part of your business plan. I am getting tired of feeling like I have to defend myself against your constant sales pitch. I would just like to get my massage or facial and just enjoy the kind and caring massage therapists and facial employee's work.

I was in pain when I arrived, left feeling a great deal more comfortable. My Mental state was also a bit stressed, I left relaxed. However the massage room was chilly...took forever to warm up.

I normally go to the one on 7th street because its slightly closer but they were closed and this location was open and I'm so glad I came here because both the massage and the facial were the best I've had in years. I felt like they did a great job and they stood out in their knowledge and service so I can't wait to come back. The lady who did my facial was Tiffany Davis and she helped me understand the right order to use my products and gave me tips to help target some concerns and then the massage lady was Donna and she was so sweet and had the perfect pressure.

The front desk was very welcoming, it looked clean and my massage therapist took time and conversed with me about some questions I had. I lost a very sentimental piece of jewelry at my own fault, all the staff was so thoughtful to help me look for it.
