The casino was smaller that I thought it would be so we did not stay

It was ok

The hotel and casino has really went down hill. Margaritaville has really impacted them and they haven't kept up with the changing times and desires of their guests. The place needs a new look and vibe. The hotel still has the colors and decor of Isle of Capri. The beds are old and uncomfortable. There are 3 very flat pillows for a king size bed. Two bath towels and wash cloths at best. The have started removing the refrigerators instead of replacing them. The rooms are huge which are a big plus. The only reason we come back is because of the comps we get. Even though we get comps for the buffet we rarely eat it because it's horrible. Old, cold, unappealing and no flavor food. I rarely have met an employee that is not welcoming and helpful. I really want this casino to be successful.

Customer service is unknown at this hotel

We stayed at the hotel. It amazes me that the rooms only have two towels in the room. The bed spreads are a joke !!! They are down-feather spreads...they have been washed so many times that they are just big balls .. Come on even the hotel staff say we are sorry they are all we have Room service even said that they will not buy new ones and laugh...and diamond jacks wonders why the business is slow.. Get it together .. Go stay at the horseshoe and you will see what a room should be like.. Lol

There were only three people working at the Grille and it was beyond crowded. These poor people were running around like crazy trying to get things done. Also the entire place was SO hot. It was not comfortable.

If it where not for Sonja we would not be playing at diamond jacks. The casino has gone down ever since John was running it. They need to focus on guest.
