All was good except for wait time. Very friendly and courteous. Was acknowledged as soon as I walked in

They said they removed the nail and it didn't need to be repaired but when I went to my car the nail was still there my car had been there about 4 hours and they didn't call me. I was upset since the weather was getting bad and I didn't have any more time to wait on it and my work schedule left me with no time to get it replaced until 2 days later. They also had to order my tire
