Smooth service everything ran like clockwork. Will do use them again

Check out was good, return at the same location was a disaster.

Location was gross.

Slow and try to rip you off

In just speechless they didn't help at all

Terrible. Was supposed to pick up my reserved car at 11pm- I was ushered to a different car lot to wait in a 76 person line at 1 am only to find that there were no cars available. Took a cab to the hotel and picked up another in the morning. Horrible experience. Will promote against thrifty

They turned me away because I didn't have the right limit on my MasterCard and because I was lied to by then saying it wouldn't be a problem at an earlier time, I was screwed without a car when I got there and they would not help! If it wasn't for ALAMO rental car I would have been stranded in engle wood CA

We caught the shuttle from the airport. Highly satisfied with the driver and service, but upon arrival at Thrifty trouble began. The signage was confusing. The line was backwards. The line to get service in the hot building went out the building to the end of the un-air conditioned garage. We waited over 1 and 1/2 hours. Upon completing the rental procedure, we were told to go to F to pick out a car. Once again, poor signage. When we finally reached F there were no cars. The man in the lot instructed us to go in for help. We were told several were being washed. So we waited for more only to receive a freshly run through the car wash wet car still dusty and dirty on the inside with scratches on it and scrapes in several places. Exhausted, we took it anyway. We can't make any door besides the driver's side unlock so my husband has to open his door before opening mine. The book didn't speak to the problem. Not happy at all with thrifty though each employee was excellent except whoever was soused to clean the car.
