Fun water park. Wish it was open on Mondays.

Was just stopping to visit someone but nice staff, great atmosphere

Clean, beautiful atmosphere. However, overpriced cafe, no water pressure in the shower.

it was OK... not the best..expensive for something that doesn't offer breakfast. . bathroom smelled weird.. linen sheets had a stain if u look at it from the right angle. service I would give a 4 star ??

went for the water park

No fitted sheets on the bed. Printer in business center didn't work my whole stay. Air condition didn't work properly and was never checked when I asked it to. Called back again in the evening and front desk never answered my call. Called over a half hour so I called on my cell phone and they answered on the first ring. Her I was thinking they were busy so I walked down to the desk and 2 girls plus a supervisory were behind the desk with nobody was at the counter. So obviously they ignored my calls...they said they were having problems with the phones really? Because I called down on the next shift at 4:30 am and the supervisor answered on the first ring... Which that supervisor was extremely nice! I just felt I had legitimate complaints and felt I was a customer that you didn't want to deal with...poor experience!

Disappointing this time around

I was assured to get the room with 4 bunk beds and room looking over the water park. I didn't get any of these and with 5 kids expecting the bunk beds they ended up fighting over the only bunk bed and the sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Having a sleepover with Los of juice for the kids the fridge was not working as well. And lots of other things in the morning
