The hotel was mostly clean and well-maintained inside and out. The casino tended to be very dirty in the evenings. The diamond H Honors members lounge staff were friendly, professional, helpful. So was the housekeeper that took care of our suite on the seventh floor, whose name was Rosa. However, I found that the majority of staff members I interacted with were not friendly or engaging. In particular, one of the servers in the Tropicana lounge was terrible, as were several of the breakfast attendance where we received our breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing in that it took 30 minutes one morning and 25 minutes The next morning to receive breakfast burritos!?!? Also, the quality and variety was not acceptable.
