Elevators took forever

Definitely expected a nicer facility, as this hotel is in a prime area of town but it was not as nice as expected.

The parking garage meter needs to be fixes, it is extremely frustrating being told to go back into the hotel to pay for the garage when there are 6 cars behind you.

Need to get the parking meter fixed...it is extremely frustrating to have to reverse with 6 cars already behind you.

When I arrived at the hotel I was informed that the A/C had not been working properly, but I was assured that it was fixed and the building should be cooling off soon. Well most of the hotel did cool off but the A/C in my room did not fall below 73 at all during my visit. I contacted the front desk to be moved to a different room and I was informed that no other rooms where available. Okay that's fine I understand we will just go hang out by the pool, nope not doing that either because the pool was closed on Friday! Wow so a hot room and no swimming pool that's unacceptable!

Service was good, but room was unsatisfactory.

Room was a mess, pubic hair on tub, broken lamp, 3 light switches did nothing, wet toilet paper roll......

No hot water.....
