My husband and I frequently stay at em embassy suites and enjoy the setting and hospitality. However during this visit in Miami, we were disappointed. The bathroom smelled Like urine and the wifi in our room did not work. Also the check in line was insanely long when we arrived. We took an embassy van out to a local restaurant and the van smelled like body odor.

It took us 7 hours to get a room we booked 7 months ago, they were rude and said there was 10 people ahead of us who were walk in guests, the blow dryer was broken, a lot of them can not understand a word of English. It was a very frustrating thing and was the worst part of our day in Miami.
