The rooms were not what was expected for embassy suites but the staff was very friendly and helpful and accommodated to my needs

Our room had hair on the bed, a dead bug on the table the fridge did not work one of the phones didn't work and mold on the bathroom tile. Also the staff was condescending. I have stayed at many embassy suites and this was very unenjoyable
