Very nice!

This visit was great. I just wish they offered cheaper discounts, and more handicap accessible rooms. The pool was definitely accommodating for people with special needs!!

This was not our first stay at this hotel so we knew what to expect. I got an amazing deal by booking ahead with a non-refundable rate. There is an indoor pool which is a huge attraction during the colder months and the location is perfect for walking just about anywhere in Pigeon Forge. The only problems we have had on this visit is an issue with our key cards not being activated for long enough, so we had to get new ones, and one day we did not get maid service (even without the do not disturb sign on our door), so we had to get fresh towels from the front desk. Both issues were minor and we quickly taken care of when we brought it to the front desk's attention. Overall, a wonderful stay.

Wanted extra blanket, they had none, phone in room not working!

Highly recommend an outside pool for people that want to lay out and get a tan while kids swim. Really need a pool outside. Thank you other than that it was fine. Thx
