I have tried loading money on gift cards, this was the 6th try, to save a little extra money. IT NEVER WORKS!!!!! I have to go in Walmart stand in line to get the gift card, go back to the car, go to the pumps, TRY to use the gift card for it only to send me in to see the attendant and then have to stand in line and wait forever because there is only one person ever working and then after they get the money added to the pump THEN I can get gas! I am just about ready to stop getting fuel here! There is another place with comparable prices! Thanks for letting me tell you how bad it is to try to do business at Murphy!! I also here others talk about it being the same for them. I don't know if they fill these out or not. This is my first time! I am wondering if it will even do any good! Thanks, Tammy

Pump #3 was not working properly. This is the second time that I have had problems with this pump. The nozzle continually shut off. It took a twice as long as it should have to fill my tank.

This is the second morning, that i have come into the establishment to purchase coffee and had to wait. Each time the pots were empty. I had to wait for the coffee to brew each time. 2 attendents working both time, same 2. I know i only had to wait under 3 minutes but still empty coffee same time, same employees. No apologies, just told me both times that it will only take a few minutes. I think this needs to be address and make sure that they are not doing personal things.

I paid for fuel with my debit card outside and it took all my money off my card for $10 in gas and I have $35 on my card but it took every bit of my money and now I can't get it back for 3 to 5 days what am I supposed to do now
