gas and cigarettes are cheaper there. they sell my kind of beer,and I pass this store everyday on my way home from work.

Kayla surprised me. She seemed to care about me and my service at your store. She was more than just an attendant; she made sure I was happy and remembered her name and ensured I would come back to spend more money. That made me laugh and uplifted my day. She is a very good sales attendant. Hire more like her, please.

Cheapest gas in the Durham/ Chapel Hill area. I also like the discounts for ciggs. Great store.

Pump 16 was having problems after it already accepted my card. I went indoors to notify the attendant - he came out with me to troubleshoot and then went inside to correct the problem manually. He kept an eye on me through the window to make sure it worked and rang up my fuel purchase indoors at the end. He never made me feel like an inconvenience and was very friendly. Great experience

I am satisfied with my experience because the attendants hrlped me find what I needed they asked me did I need help pumping my gas and the are very nice I would recommend to 10/10 people

Always been treated to a smile and courteous service. This morning was the same way and given excellent service by Akki(that’s the name of the attendant and apologies if I got it wrong).

I’m in the customer service business myself, so I’m always highly critical when it comes to how I’m treated in stores. Akili and Keisha went above and beyond my expectations in my last visit to Murray Express! Firstly, not waiting until I got to the register, but as soon as I walked in the door, they both greeted me with an enthusiastic hello and offered assistance immediately. It’s rare that you get this kind of world class customer service at a gas station. Kudos to these two class acts!!
