First. The price. Very competitive in the area. I buy gas there often. I recognize the people who work there.

It was very clean and felt safe and comfortable. The employees talked to and treated me like I was a life long friend. They're always smiling and laughing when I go in there. It's nice to see people having fun at work but still working and taking care of the customers.
