I have been a customer of this location for years. The main reason is your employees. They are alwatys friendly and make me feel welcome and happy. You have a new employee named Elizabeth. My first interaction (or lack there of) occured last week. I said hi with no response back, and I sadi thank you when done...again no response. I told my wife this upset me because I had never experienced this at this store. Tonight same thing. Sour look on her face and all. So I tested a theory this time. I said nothing, and she said nothing. Not even the totsl of my purchase. I had to look at the machine. So i spent money at your store and Elizabeth NEVER SAID A SINGLE WORD! Nothing....please understand...NOTHING! This girl needs to go before she ruins what your other employees have built with their customers. I drive by 5 other stores to get to yours....but if I have to experience her again and it is obvious you have not addressed the problem....I am gone!

I go to this Murphy because of the prices & service I usually get. However, this person Must've been new because I have never seen her before. She had a very nasty attitude. My product would ring up so she had to call the manager, in the meantime, I told her to assist a couple other customers that were in line behind while getting the manager on the ph. When she finally got it worked out & I had coupons she got even more attitude about that. When I would ask a question about price she got even nastier to the point of being argumentative with me. She even called me a Boo before leaving the store. I am sorry but that was offensive I'm not a Boo I am a customer. Thinking it would be a quick stop in & out like normal took 10 minutes. If I do happen to go back if she is working I will turn around & walk out & take my business elsewhere. If she has attitude like that with more customers i am sure.you will lose other people's business ad well. I have been going there for over a year now have been very pleased with the customer service I have received. Very disappointed customer.

Trish was not at all friendly she did not greet me when I entered the store she was very rude and nasty. Her attitude was poor and not customer friendly, she was not presentable and did display customer service that I know Murphy oil USA is known for. The store was not at all clean I spent more time searching for my products than anything. Outside was just terrible
