I thought the sign for 59 cent fountain drinks were for all sizes, but when I went in it was only for the smalls.

Rude employee.

I purchased a fountain drink refill. Because of Hurricane Irma, your store did not have large fountain cups available for purchase at the advertised price of $.79. Yesterday I was charged $.69 for a refill using my 30 ounce Yeti. Today a different clerk charged me $.89 for refilling the same Yeti. I questioned her about the price. She said $.89 was correct. Granted, it is only $.20 but having just gone through Hurricane Irma, I was less than pleased to pay more for my drink than I would have paid had your location at 909 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL 32065 been properly stocked. Incredible since your location did not even have to supply the cup.

The attendant was very rude and did not seem like she wanted to help me. Elizabeth was not very helpful

Price at pump $2.28, price advertise on sign $2.26, attendant stated the price will change in awhile..... False advertising and not standing behind price changes?? Nothing could be done

Patricia was too pushy when offering add on products. When I refused the add on of a lighter she replied, "Well fine. Don't say I didn't offer it. You'll walk out of here and then realize you need lighters, but don't come back in saying I never offered!" Extremely unprofessional. I understand it's part of the employee policy to offer add ons, but there are more tactful ways to do so.

It was cash only and I checked twice that day. I had put my gas money on a Walmart gift card and could not use it anywhere else.

It is more with the area manager for this brand. Yesterday 5/25/15, our local news channel ran an article on gas prices and what to expect for this summer, but what the news didn't report and the local manager failed to realize is that our market is normally 10 to 20 cents below the national average. This has happened in the past, but wasn't an overnight nearly 20 cent jump in your prices. That is the reason I am writing this time because that much is unfair to your loyal customers! The news reported the national average yesterday was at $2.75 and our local market WAS running $2.57 - $2.65 (of course w/ Walmart gift cards you save an extra .03 and a Walmart card you save .05). I knew today there would naturally be an increase, but $2.75 --- REALLY, come on!! I just checked the national average for gas prices and it fell today to $2.74 so today in the Jacksonville market WALMART overcharged everyone .01 per gallon (just pointing this out.). I checked this earlier in the day (5/26/15), but I'm just now getting to the survey. Also for your information, you were the only brand to do this rate increase! So please return the price to 5/25/15 prices. THANK YOU for checking into this.

Well I went in to get me and my friend Icee drinks and as soon as we were done filling the cups. The lady starts like making sounds at us like trying to get our attention by saying ' 'Pssst' then proceeded to say We are closing soon you guys need to hurry. I know this location does not close until midnight and it was only 10:50 when we went in. So I said I thought you guys closed at 12 and she said 'Well yes but I have things I need to do' . She then said that 'they' make her do alot of things before close and if she doesn't leave I ten minutes after close the alarm goes off. This was extremely rude and if this is the kind of people that work at that Murphy location now I will never be going back there. I am a store manager in customer service myself and this is NOT how you treat guests. You never tell guests to hurry up or tell them they need to leave because you need to close over an hour before scheduled time. Very unprofessional.

I fueled up at Murphy USA, 909 Blanding Blvd. Orange Park, FL. After 12 miles I stopped. When starting my Toyota 4runner started missing. It cleared up until I stopped again and the missing started. I am the only owner of this 4runner. It has never done this before. I traveled 1300 miles last week and never had anything like this. I think there may be water or something in the gas
