I always get Mt Dew 20oz bottles and this time 2 out of 3 had zero carbonation. However the attendant was very agreeable at changing out the product. I come in here all the time and this is the first time this has happened. Everyone here is very friendly. Also since the hurricane the landscape people have been back but they did not fix your trees. There are at least three trees that are almost bent down to the ground. Overall great job!

I have a Walmart mastercard and should get a price break but they only give price break to Walmart store card.

no specific reason, differentiation between Highly Satisfied and Satisfied is subjective.
