The computer for the pumps had a glitch and had shut down and the system had to be rebooted which took the attendant a while to accomplish.

This is the third time I've tried to use TXTPAY for my purchase, and every time I do, the attendants blankly stare at me and have no idea how to process the transaction. More training is needed in this area.

The Assistant Manager who waited on us seemed bothered by our visit, as if we were interrupting her from doing something more important. Also, when I tried to use TXTPAY as payment, she at first told us that she couldn't accept it because she had never heard of it. This seemed odd coming from a person in a Management position, in my opinion.
