The attendant handed my money and merchandise to me in a very calculating and offensive manner. When I returned from the gas pump to retrieve my change, she did it again. There were other people in the store, so I told her to put the money on the counter since she had a problem handing people their money properly. She said loudly, "I don't have a problem. I don't touch nasty things. I never hand people their stuff. They get it they selves." I told told her that she hadn't been trained properly and that I was going to call her manager. She said, "Whatever, have a nice day. I am the manager so honey..." I said, "Don't call me honey. I am not your honey, and the fact you responded that way proves you need training." I also told her that I was a customer and that I wasn't rude to her so she did not need to address me in that manner. The bantering continued, so I said, "I am not from here, and if this is how this town treat customers, you need help." Again, she responded loudly and rudely in front of the customers. Another customer commented on her rudeness, and I told her that she was extremely rude, and that I was going to call her supervisor. I walked out of the store.

The pumps must be rigged to charge you for the highest octane gas. When asked to select grade, I clearly pushed 87, which was $1.90 per gallon, and the grade I always get at Sam's. (I would have gone to Sam's today if the pumps weren't closed for renovations.). When I finished filling my tank, I thought the total was a bit high. When I checked my receipt, I saw I had been charged $2.34 per gallon, their super premium grade!

The attendant was very cold and unfriendly. Continued to clean outside while I was in the store. Appeared to be mad when I told her I needed to pay for my items in order to make it to work on time. Never once said thank you! Just appeared to be in her own world. When attempting to purchase my gas, she said, don't you see I'm trying to clean this area with a nasty disposition. There will be no need for me to frequent this establishment again. She really needs customer service skills.

The attendant Samantha Lynn was rude...there was an issue at the pump that she says I was at fault for I explained to her it had to be an error bc I didn't do it...she took her sweet ol time n was not eager to assist...she was argumentative...I asked for a supervisor or info to contact supervisor...stated she was the supervisor and there was no one else I could speak to...no info available...she told me let her help her customers and I explained I was her customer...etc...it was just a bad experience and this is where I ALWAYS come to get my gas...this was my First bad experience but after this I'm not sure if I want to return!
