It was just getting fuel for the car. I stopped, pumped, paid and then left. I like the convenience of pumping gas and then paying and I always try to get the pump closest to the attendant. I always pay cash and I always fill up. I like the convenience of not having to prepay.

My fiancee had received a coupon in exchange for filling out one of these surveys. The coupon was for a 16-oz Coke of your choice. WE prefer Coke Zero over diet coke and bottles over cans. But the store only had Coke Zero in 20 oz sizes in bottles. So we had to redeem the coupon for a can rather than a bottle and for diet Coke rather than Coke Zero. We feel that if a coupon is going to be provided for a specific item, the item should be available at all store locations.

A glich in the pumps. Attendant had to reboot the system. Took about 10 minutes to wait for all transactions to finish in order to reboot. Not a big deal. Just inconvienant.

I have the cash to the attendant. She did not give me the receipt. I asked for it and she asked me, "Why?". I told her I needed it and there's a survey on it that I fill out. She said, "oh, ok." She then gave me the receipt. She did not greet me, offer products, and she was not friendly at all. I could not believe that I had to explain why I needed the receipt. It was a very unpleasant experience.
