Fountain drink machine was out of order. That was the only thing I wanted inside the store...had to get my drink elsewhere :(

The only reason I would not be satisfied it is because the fountain machine have no ice

I went to buy some drinks and saw there was a promotion for the nos. So I grabbed 2, since there was a sticker stating it was 2 for $3.29, when I went to check out. I had to wait for bout 10 minutes before the attantent actually looked up then rang up the nos which was $4.58. When I brought it up to Jalisa she just shrugged and said it's $4.58, didn't seem like she cared. Even if she would've explained or showed a little compassion then I would've been more understanding but it didn't seem like it at all. I don't think I'll be going back, I usually have a great experience at Murphys but I might be reconsidering now.

My walmart gas card was not running through when I had $20.00 on it

The Pumps Never Print Out a receipt. The attendant on duty wants to blame it on the pump. You can hear the pronter, most of the time it is just out of paper. I'm sure the attendants have access to the pumps and can refill as needed. Also waited outside the men's restroom, knocked on the door and pulled on it. It was locked. Asked inside if they were keeping them locked.I was told that they were out of order. I responded, put up a out of order sign so that people will know. The amount of time taking to do this survey, no sign has been posted. This is a sign of poor management. This Is at the location is Leesville, La. Thank you.

I went to clean my windshield and no water in the reservoir and no towels.

The addition cleaner didn't work I want the Complete Service Cleaner ($14.99) so I didn't get what I wanted !!!

I used the last of my cash for a gift card to get a discount on fuel. My car was nearly on empty and not enough gas to get home which is 2 hrs away. Pump said network was not accepting the card. When I went inside the attendant flippantly said she would try and it would either work or it would not. Then she something about all the machines being all messed up. I was really worried about getting enough gas in the car so I didn't really care what she said. Fortunately the card worked. Maybe this person should be trained a little better in customer service. I don't think she was a good representation of Wal-mart. Either she did not know that or she didn't care.

I get coffee, snacks, smokes and gas here every single day... I don’t use any other gas stations. Every morning I get coffee and I love it... some dummy at the corporate office change the concentration of the coffee and cut out French vanilla coffee all together. The coffee being so good has been what has kept me as a customer since the day they opened. If the coffee does not change back I will not spend another penny at Murphy’s. Every morning the same crowd of people come in for their coffee, no one likes the change and the coffee was gross this morning I couldn’t even drink it.
