The only problem I have is with the cappuccino machine. My husband and I visit almost daily for the refill deal and the machine is always in need of repair and setting up. Usually, a small wait still allows us to get our drinks. They are worth the inconvenience for the price.

The first pump didn't work properly, tried several times. Went inside and told the attendant said she would take care of it. Moved to another pump and gassed up then had to go inside to pay for gas for gas can and reminded the attendant about the pump. She said she would take care of it.

Higher grades of fuel are too expensive. There used to be a 10 -15 ¢/ gallon differential between fuel grades. This has increased to over 35¢/gallon. Totally unrealistic. Without more competitive prices on all grades of fuel I will shop another supplier

I often have problems getting the pump to read the credit cards. I have the same problem with different cards. The cards work fine at other locations.

The credit card reader did not want to work on either of two credit cards. I had to rescan the cards over and over to get one to work.

I went there eveything is working find there.

My name is Andrew and I am 28 years old I shop at your Murphy’s every day I am a business owner I purchase over 100 gallons of fuel a day cigarettes drinks ice fortunately at this time I’m going to take my business elsewhere I am a regular in there and I understand that they have to do their job but to Card me for cigarettes sometimes and not others because I’m always in and out of trucks I may not have my ID on me all the time so that’s why I Continue to use the same gas station They have ID me multiple times they know who I am very dissatisfied will more than likely start shopping and buying my fuel at shell price is not what always matters it’s the service Sometimes you get it other times you don’t managements A-OK attendants not so OK

The pump did not have additech. I like to add it to my car everything I fill up. THIS PUMP HAD NO OPTION FOR ANY KIND OF ADDITEXH
