I rarely give anyone a highly satified rating. Some of your competition in Tyler is cheaper and one place has free vacuuming. If you were perfect you would not need an opinion pole would you?

With two pumps on one aisle, you have to drive around to get right direction or cause traffic problem if you choose to back in.

I do not like standing in a line to pay and hear about up-sales for each and every body in line! Just POST your Specials and allow us to read them if we want to save money-people don't like hearing this said over and over and holding us up!

Nothing specific, full service would have of course been great but that will also increase the cost. But maybe 2 full service pumps and all other self serv. with the premium cost added.

The attendant offered buy one get one beef jerkeys to support the troops or something and I smiled and said no thank you. She then mumbled something under her breath which I did not appreciate.

I know it's a gas station and all sorts of vehicles stop there, but I'd like to see cleaner pavement in and around the pumps and building. Powerwashing the pavement every month or so would really brighten up the exterior and give you the impression that this is a station that cares about cleanliness, even if you never step foot inside.

Rude customers, blocking access to pumps and bloking our way when trying to exit the pumping area.
