I was highly satisfied.

Me and my son were thirsty and he wanted an icee. We first went to a Shell gas station and there icee machine was out of order so we left, pretty disappointed. So then we drove to Murphy's not far from Shell. My son saw the icee machine and the flavor he wanted was availably. I made his drink and got me a water. Overall really satisfied with the cleanliness and the availability of the products. The price of my sons drink was also great too.

Was very satisfied with the service but had to wait a while for a pump

I did not require any service; therefore I am unable to address the service question. This is a new station with the most modern pumps I have seen, and the pump I was at worked great. The display was completely visible even in the sun, the protruding buttons are much easier to use than the flat panels, and it let me fill up the car. As a new station, I am surprised that the entry and exit are not wider and longer. I am also surprised that there are only four pumps at such a busy location. I though the new location would be more like the QT than the old Murphy location.

pump hose is locked up aiming in the wrong direction

The pump is way to difficult to use! It took too much pressure on the handle to begin pumping fuel! The fuel was pumped Way Too Fast and the pressure was Way Too High! The pump would not pump slowly. The fuel bubbled Way Too Much, like a shaking a can of soda!
