If I need to rub inside & pay for anything inside or purchase usually it would take a long long time so I can only use this location for paying at the pump& that is ok.

Can't say anything specifically, just was going in after work as I do fairly regularly to get a couple of things. This time, I guess I can say that the experience was MUCH better than it has been in the past few months. It seems that many evenings, right around rush hour, they are understaffed and the lines are long (as is the wait). I've seen the manager doing things in the background, while only one register is open and the line is 7-10 people deep waiting to check out. If customer service is the goal, the manager needs to understand that (and I know this based on her statements overheard) it's their duty to help in whatever capacity needed, not tie themselves up doing re-stocking of fountain drink cups while trying to get finished so they can clock out and go home.
