We were met by John, a member of your staff. We told him our requirements. He offered us coffee. It was excellent. We browsed and asked for more help which John gave. We ordered exactly what we were looking for. Thank you John.

Friendly and efficient. Helpful and knowledgeable.

I was approached by Emma and explained what I was looking for for my 2 daughters aged 8&9. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgable. She was great with the children suggesting mattresses to try and was very informative about my options and also after service. I have to say Emma was amazing. Very cheerful and I found her very easy to interact with. I do t think I have ever received service as good as Emma’s !!

We were served by Mark in the Ashford store in Kent. He was so helpful and understood my needs as I've had sleep problems.

We explained what we were looking for and the salesman took us straight to it.

Very pleasant shop and the assistant was very helpful. Explaining everything clearly and then letting us make our decisions on our own without pushing us into something we did not want. All in all simply put it was stress free with no pressure and we came out of Dreams very happy that we had made the right choices.

Website stated store was open until 8pm so we drove down after work but it actually shut at 6pm. Came back couple nights later &found Emma (Ashford store) who helped us originally. She informed us products unfortunately had a change in prices &could not offer us the deal she had done at weekend (free pillows including memory foam one). Then found out memory foam pillow had gone up in price too. Because of change in flexibility, price &wasted journey, Emma phoned her manager to explain and was allowed to give us special discount so pillows were free. Emma is lovely, skilled and knowledgeable
