The manager Mark W based at the Ashford Kent store was very professional, knowledgable and went out of his way in assisting us helping choosing a mattress. Due to his advice, the mattress chosen is perfect for our needs. Mark W was warm, welcoming and friendly and is a credit to Dreams

Sales staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very quick and efficient in dealing with the paperwork and made the whole buying time enjoyable.

The overall experience of choosing and purchasing a new mattress was made easy at our branch of Dreams. The choice was good and Dean, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and very helpful.

Dean met and greeted us. Asked what he could help with. Explained to my daughter the different mattresses then got her a pillow so she could test each one. He offered drinks several times. Once decision was made he efficiently placed our order, answered all questions, offered special offer on pillows, offered mattress cover with integral insurance for the bed. Went over terms thoroughly. Gave us Saturday free delivery slot. What a bonus.

The female member of staff (emma) was absolutely amazing. My son wouldn't leave her alone (he is autistic) and she was great with him. Perfect member of staff that deserves loads of praise. Answered all my questions and seemed to know exactly what I needed
