Dreams - Ashford

Pleasant and knowledgeable staff, nothing was too much trouble, we were given different pillows so we could experience each bed in our normal sleeping environment. Advice was given when we were picking a divan base. We would have no hesitation in recommending the dreams products and staff.

The staff were all get helpful and gave us assistance and guidance in what type of mattress was best suited to us. We were then left alone to browse the store but aware that staff were ready to help if needed. There was no pressure to buy which actually meant we felt comfortable to make a purchase.

The man who served us (Dean) was very friendly - he greeted us when entering the store and asked if we wanted any help - we initially said no. We then went to try out some of the mattresses. Dean then brought us over pillows and explained the colour system to us, he then left us to it. This was appreciated as he was friendly but not overbearing or pushy and we wouldn't have wanted to be followed round the shop as it would have made us feel rushed. A bit later on he asked if we were ok or had any questions and he offered us a hot drink and told us where he would be if we had any queries or had made any decisions. When we had pretty much decided we went to him with a few questions first which he easily answered and then he placed our order, it was done very quickly.

Were asked if we needed assistance but did not feel pessured at all. Offered 2 x cups of tea whilst browsing and when ordering (nice touch) very friendly staff members could not do more for us.

there was a good range of mattresses, all of the staff were very knowledgeable about what they were selling, the atmosphere was calm, friendly and helpful. It was very easy to buy a bed!

I was looking for a new mattress for a very long time and doing a lot of research to find the right one, I found the right one what suited my needs when I was purchasing a new pillow from the ashford store in Kent and was highly satisfied with the service from all the staff.

We visited the Ashford store on 29/12/18 and had nothing but help from the moment we stepped foot through the door! we went in looking for a mattress that would provide us with comfort and just a basic bed frame. However found a very elegant bed frame that we fell in love with. Could not praise Mark enough very helpful. Overall very happy and cannot wait to get our new bed and use all the extras we also ended up leaving the store with.
