The sales assistant Emma at the Ashford store was fantastic. Very knowledgable about the product, extremely efficient and polite. Frankly, she was brilliant and would be an asset to any company/organisation.

We received a friendly welcome from Aya within a few minutes of entering the store without feeling pressured and was offered assistance. We asked for the type of bed we were looking for and was pointed to the correct location. We were left for a while and then Aya joined us to offer his assistance again and answered our questions. He advised us of the extra discount if we decided to purchase a mattress (as we initially came in for a frame) and again gave us information as to which was the best one to suit our preferences, offering pillows to suit out sleep positions. It was an all together genuine friendly experience not often found in retail (in my experience).

My son had his mattress delivered on the 18 of January after laying on it for a short time I knew I needed a new mattress it is so comfortable so my husband and I ordered one.

There were quite a number of models on display to enable me to make a judgement about the best solution to the storage problem I wanted solved. The information at the end of each bed was good, and best of all, the assistant who offered help was not only courteous and patient, but also knew the answers to what I asked about. When I was ready to place my order, the computer screen was turned towards me so I could read it easily. The display was clear and easily understood.

Emma was very knowledgeable, helped me in getting the right bed and made me a nice cup of coffee

Really friendly salesman (Dean). Offered help as soon as I arrived but then have me the space I needed to think about my purchase. Offered a hot drink and supported me in my choice of beds. I didn't know whether to buy a double or a kingsize bed and mentioned this to the salesman but he never pushed me into a sale that would benefit the store. I would definitely recommend both the company and the salesman I dealt with.

Dean was very helpful and knowledgeable. When we specified our requirements he showed exactly what we wanted and didn't try to up-sell too much. Excellent customer service

Dean the sales person was attention without being over bearing. Had excellent knowledge of the beds and what would best suit our needs. Processed the order quickly and whilst offering the extra packages for insurance did not over do the sales pitch.

Really helpful and friendly staff, everything explained really well.
