Well laid out store. Sufficient customer advisers available to answer queries. Opportunity to test the mattresses in store. Free weekday delivery. Price matched direct on-line price for Eve mattress. Not convinced by the "return if not satisfied" offer as I would need to pay for delivery of a replacement (unlike the first purchase) and choosing a cheaper replacement would not give a refund. There is also a small window to arrange swap. I suspect Dreams are responding to other retailers' schemes.

Member of staff very helpful and knowledgeable..very polite too.

The store and staff were very welcoming. Assistance offered on arrival but we declined as we wanted to look first. No pressure selling. Was left to browse. Offered tea or coffee. Staff available when needed. Very friendly and will not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

JON THE ASSISTANCE GAVE US ALL THE INFORMATION WE NEEDED AND KNEW ALOT ABOUT THE DIFFERENT MATTRESSES. HE THEN GAVE US SPACE AND TIME TO MAKE OUR CHOICE. WHEN DECIDING DIFFERENT PAYMENT OPTIONS IT WAS EXPLAINED VERY WELL. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND MADE THE PURCHASE AND EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE

I was served by Emma who was polite,friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I found the store clean well lit & easy to see prices and products. Emma was extremely patient with me and made sure I understood exactly what she had explained to me before moving on to the next part . I think Emma is a credit to your company and other companies could learn from her .

The customer service was excellent from, Emma. Being informative but allowing us time to bed hop! Helping us to select a mattress that best suits our needs.
