The assistant listened to what we wanted and gave us a choice of products after using the new testing machine, he didn't pressure us into any purchase and gave great advice on a wide range produce options and the benefits of them all.

We sourced the product online and checked availability then visited the store to try the product. We used the new electronic bed test and it fitted with what we required. The store sales assistant was knowledgeable and courteous and managed not to laugh even though my wife was cracking up during the electronic bed test seeing the overhead display. The order was well processed.
