Gary served us in store and was so knowledgeable and friendly. He is a credit to you as a company, all of the staff in store were very friendly and made the experience pleasurable.

The sales assistant,Jon, in the Ashford shop was fantastic. He was so helpful giving me the information I asked for in a clear and precise manner. Jon did not make me feel stupid when I asked mundane questions. He was extremely polite and courteous and fully explained the next steps following my purchase. Exceptionally pleased with the service I experienced.

We were greeted by Gary who was so very helpful, we didn't honestly know what we were looking for and he was very thorough and knowledgeable. We were put at ease straight away and he wasn't like most sales people who pounce on you as soon as you walk through the door.
