Quite a happy experience

good service from beginning to end. Manager Mark went out of his way to assist us in every detail of our purchase with out us feeling rushed.

The sales assistant Emma was very helpful and knowledgeable, ensured we were catered for and not too overpowering, we were offered tea and coffee, we were left to make our own decisions without any pressure, but she was available to answer any questions and was able to place the order and get a delivery date quickly and efficiently.

First I was greeted by an experienced member of the team (Emma?) who was friendly, knowledgable and happy to let me explore the products myself for a while before making a decision. Later during my visit the previous employee was busy and a less experienced member of staff came to help me (within minutes of me requiring it!) he was eager and not afraid of asking questions of other colleagues to ensure the products I received were what I wanted. Overall very happy and willing to pay over and above “internet prices” for the level of service. Good work!

Jonathan provided informed, focused and clear assistance to us, at all times listening to our questions and then replying with complete understanding of our requests and expressed needs. He was excellent in all aspects.

Friendly fantastic assistance from the staff member who served us. Wasn't worried by how many different beds we wanted to try. Put us on a special machine that measures you then recommends the mattress type for you. Must say all the ones it picked were very comfy.

Delivered service as expected

A good range of product available within our budget and we were happy to be left to look around, however assistance was there when we needed it.

On arriving in the shop I approached a gentleman who helped me immediately and was very informative. Offered a drink while order being completed. Goods then carried out to the car once everything completed.
