you had just what we needed within our budget. Your assistant was great, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

The lady who looked after me made the experience personal and professional. She is a complete asset to the store and the brand and would love her to know just how wonderful she was. I felt listened to, and the knowledge and advice from her was amazing. Didn’t over sell just gave knowledgable information for me to make a decision. Thoroughly enjoyable experience purely based on the lady who helped me.

Buying a new bed is down to personal choice, colour, features, size, all of which one can see and feel - buying a new mattress on the other hand is a completely different matter, one is delving into the unknown. Mark at Ashford assisted us wonderfully and came up with a choice of three mattresses and helped us zoom in on the one we bought a couple of days later when Gary took our order, Gary was also very well informed and we bolted on some insurance and bought some pillows. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The store was well laid out. Found sofa bed I had seen online. Good choice of colour and cloth type available for sofa bed chosen. Store Assistant extremely helpful even moving chairs and table so I could see sofa bed fully extended. Knew components of sofa bed clearly explaining various sizes available. It would have been better if there had been a few more sofa beds to view. Nothing beats being able to sit in the item to gauge comfort of item as just a sofa.

Mark was genuinely helpfull. I explained my needs after a motorcycle accident and operation on my lower back. He was interested in finding the right matress for me. He explained things clearly and showed great knowledge. It wasn't rushed there was no hassle. I highly recommend Dreams in Ashford.

Went to have a look in the bank holiday sale. Assistant Gary was friendly but not pushy. Sleep machine results really helped and Gary seemed very knowledgeable about which mattresses in store matched the recommendations and our own preferences. We attended with two small children and he was engaging with them too

The initial enquiry over the phone was answered delightfully by Emma who was very helpful. When we arrived Gary took great pains to find a bed answering our very particular needs (high bed and very narrow enclosed staircase!). He was very caring and took infinite pains to get things right. Emma meanwhile made very welcome cups of tea.
