The staff were very efficient and friendly and offered tea or coffee while we browsed. Jonathan then demonstrated the bed we were interested in and suggested the best mattress to go with the bed. Overall a pleasant visit.

Sales assisstant Emma went out of her way to help, even to the extent of providing a bottle of chilled water in the store for us, because of the high humidity in the store

Where do I begin?! I am and was very impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that I received during my visit to the store. Beginning to end, it was faultless! Upon entry to the store, it was airy, bright, and clean. I was offered refreshments, and given the space and time to review all options and consider my purchase. Gary was understanding of my needs, explaining all the benefits of the various models and he was supportive of my choices. Having spent some time, discussing the choice with my companion, I re-entered to store to be greeted with a smile and the exact same level of initial service. Explaining that mattress wasn't within my budget (given I am at Sea for 6months of the year), Gary then showed me a cheaper, yet same quality, alternative. I was very happy with the prices quoted, the options for delivery and additional services available.

I needed a new bed but wasn't sure what I needed for comfort. Gary the member of staff was knowledgable- he recommended I use the bed in store that assesses the way you sleep and so I bought a mattress, headboard and divan. The whole process was efficient but thorough. I cannot wait for the new bed to be delivered.
