Dreams - Ashford

Jonathan at our Ashford store was very patient, analysing the best option for us and staying to place the order over one hour after closing time, never rushing us or making us feel demanding. We bought want we needed, but also bought what we wanted but had not planned for.

During our visit, our needs were fully met and there was no pressure to make a purchase. We felt that it was a very good service provided.

The sales assistant, Emma was really knowledgeable with product/range information and patient as we tried out different mattresses. She then processed our order very effectively and with a genuine interest in us, as customers. You have a very talented and passionate employee.

I was approached promptly upon entering the store. The guy took me to the bed machine that assessed the mattress that suited me best. There was a sale on and the mattress suitable to me was included in that sale. I only had to wait a few weeks for the mattress to be delivered.

The female assistant was very pleasant, showed me several beds. BUt as i am almost 80i did not want to spend too much at this stage. She used the DREAM machine to determine the best mattress for my ageing body and showed me two less expensive beds although i was not intending to buy a bed that day i found it easy and the staff so helpful that it has saved me a lot of time and worry . I chose a deleivery date which gives me time to have the bedroom decorated. Thankyou.

The customer service by Emma was really great, putting us at ease, and she really knew her stuff.

The whole experience from being assisted with selecting the right bed right through to the lads who delivered it was exceptional. Gary who sold us the bed was a great guy to deal with, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The day before delivery the driver/bed builder called to let me know a better time than the slot given and was really friendly. The delivery itself was brilliant and the 3 lads were terrific. All in all a unique experience as nothing at all caused us concern.

My husband and i entered the store looking at buying just a new mattress.A Male Assistant approached us and asked if we needed help, we said we were just looking. He offered us Tea or coffee and said if we need help we were to ask. We saw what we were interested in. Went to the assistant and from there on he was completely attentive. We extended to just buy a mattress but because of your prices we ended up buying the divan base as well as mattress. Our visit was made so easy and the Assistant was polite actually a real treat like we'd known him as a friend. Would 100% recommend anyone and we would definitely use Dreams again.

We were given the opportunity of trying out an experimental Dreams sleep bed which told us what type of bed suited us. The salesmen showed us and explained various alternative mattresses without being too over sales orientated. We eventually ordered a mattress which suited us and was within our budget.

Helpful staff, asked if we needed assistance when we first entered the shop. We declined as like to just look around first. They left us too it which I prefer rather than being hovered over. Once I needed assistance they where very helpful and knowledgeable
