The sales representative was very knowledgeable & helpful but certainly not pushy which made the whole experience easy.

I think the sale guy deserves all the credit. He was beyond helpful and couldn’t do enough. Even when we couldn’t pay in store due to the system being down he called up and took payment as soon as possible and even took time out of his own time to drop off our bedding. I seriously recommended this employee for either a pay rise or a promotion. He worked in the Ashford Store and his name was Gary. Absolutely brilliant couldn’t recommend him more .

We were helped by Gary and he was kind, patient and had very good knowledge of the products.

Jonathan our assistant was polite, understanding of our requirements. We did not feel pressurized to purchase any product. We returned several times to ask further questions and we were recognised by Jonathan and the other advisor. Purchased on third visit!! Overall excellent experience.

Emma was extremely welcoming and guided us with an in depth knowledge to the the specific bed that we purchased. She watchers patient yet not overpoweringly attentive. She was empathic to my disability needs and made a fantastic cup of coffee.very mpressed with service dreams provided. Thank you

Amazing service given by Jon, friendly and helpful but not pushy, understood what we wanted, offered options and gave us time to decide without pressure. Always offered tea/ coffee, lovely helpful man.

I found the store large and easy to walk around, parking was very easy. The staff were helpful without being overly pushy. Overall a good experience.
