We received excellent service from Jon, even a cup of coffee. He took time to understand our needs, suggested the SleepMatch program, which we tried, and ended up purchasing a mattress that feels like sleeping on a cloud. We were actually blown away by the friendliness and service that we received and will definitely be shopping at Dreams Ashford again.
