We were made very welcome.Gary who served us respected our need to look and decide what we wanted without him being with us all of the time, but there when we needed him.

The time taken by Gary your sales rep to explain in detail about the different options which were available to us and what would benefit us best for a great nights sleep. Gary was a most helpful sales rep and a real benefit to the Dreams team.

I suffer from back and neck pains, I told Naveed this and straight away put me and my partner onto the sleep match machine thing which was very cool and helpful and saved a lot of time rather than trying every mattress it narrows it down to the mattress that’s fits me best. Process was very good.

The shop assistant was friendly and helpful leaving us to browse as we liked and happy to help for any questions.

Because I sourced the product online, visited the store to inspect the product, was given tea, friendly advice, options and choices. So I made the purchase at the store. I am at a stroke recovery unit and live 30 miles from the store. The assistant was helpful, friendly and appreciative of my situation. The delivery was no problem. I was extremely impressed by the relaxed, no hassle experience. It was a pleasure to shop there

When visiting the store we had an idea on what we were looking for but confused on the different styles available. It was refreshing to have someone who understood what you was looking for and the reasons why and explaining the difference to us. Taking the time to show and demonstrate the different mattresses in the range and helping us to find the correct one was brilliant, unlike other stores we visited. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble and it was nice not to be rushed into making a decision.

As soon as we stepped into the ashford branch, we were met with very friendly staff, I believe it was mark who came to help us with our choice, took us round and showed us each style of bed, each style of storage, this was very handy as we didn’t really know what we wanted. Mark helped us by giving us a sample of material, which helped us make our decision to match with our bedroom, we then came back a few days later and completed our order.

Emma very knowledgeable on all the products and she also offered us the sleepmatch test which we took and I would recommend Emma to anyone wishing to purchase a bed.
