We came into the store with a specific product in mind but Gary, the sales assistant, was absolutely fantastic at going through our options with us, explaining the process and helping us to understand how it all works. He made sure that we were definitely happy with our mattress we ordered by making sure we spent time on it properly and gave us a range of additional products to choose from. This was an absolutely fantastic customer experience and we could not recommend the experience and Gary any higher.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and he was able to explain the products in detail with easy understanding explanations as well as visual demo. The mattress we have chosen appears to be excellent quality and the 100 day trial was explained.

Good service by a knowledgeable salesman. The sleep match was helpful but the salesman was able to demonstrate the difference in the mattressses.

The gentleman who serve myself was very polite and gave constant help in order to find the perfect mattress for my need. I also laid on the bed to find multiple mattresses that would suit my body to have nice comfortable sleep.

We were happy with the service that Jonathan provided and didn’t feel pressured into something we didn’t want or need at any time.

Jonathon was so helpful from start to finish. Even looked after our little girl with colouring while we did the sleep match machine

Was pleasantly surprised at the service and attention we were given,and the information we received on our purchase,looking forward to our bed,hopefully it is comfortable,so we don’t have to change it,which again was a good bit of information
