Emma served me. She was very knowledgeable about your products and helped me find the mattress that I bought. She gave me space when I was trying out mattresses and was available to help me when I wanted help. I ordered and delivery was for Saturday of that week. Very satisfied with the experience.

Gary the assistant whom catered to our needs was polite, approachable, attentive and had a good sense of humour. We tried all the mattresses we liked, spent a long time choosing a bed and he made coffee while we decided / filled out the order. It was a nice experience, different from other stores we have visited.
