Service and staff very helpfull

Service was very quick and allowed us to take time to think about our purchase. They made it very easy by breaking down the decisions we had to make of mattress, pillows and bed frame. The mattress tester technology helped us to understand what we needed in a mattress which we would have known where to start otherwise.

Store was nice and the assistant Gary was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable of the products

Was served by Gary in Ashford, kent store. He was funny, and helpful. Knew a lot about everything I asked, and made it easy to make the right decision.

Immediate help from staff. Good knowledge of products & understanding of our needs. No pressure to choose the the most expensive stayed close to our budget. purchase was quick.

Excellent customer service from Gary. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He was helpful but also encouraged us to spend time looking and left us for a while which was is a very welcome change to some stores where the assistant literally follows you around. A very pleasant experience.

Visited on three separate occasions to ensure we were happy with our choice, staff on duty were always attentive without being overly intruding and answered all our questions and queries honestly and we’re very knowledgeable.
