I walked into the shop and was greeted with a number of happy faces wanting to aid me but not in my face. The salesman showed me products based on my requirements and didn't just show me the most expensive mattresses. He went through in appropriate detail what I would be getting for my money. Sure I would like to spend less but you get what you pay for. Another salesman was appropriate with the three children in my care having an appropriate laugh with them, note they can be a 'handful'.

The process from evaluation through to ordering was carried out professionally but in a friendly manner, nothing appeared to be too much trouble

On entering the store I was just beginning to look to see if there were people who could help when Jon approached. I explained what I wanted from a bed which he quickly understood. He suggested memory foam but I said I wasn't convinced on the idea so he showed us a sprung mattress with memory foam. He explained the difference between beds. It was only when my husband said we might as well try the memory foam that Jon showed us one. At no time was he pushy but he had enormous knowledge about all the products and I was impressed that it was only at this stage he started to talk about the technology and the benefits. He was extremely patient as I swapped between beds and was never distracted by looking to see if there were other customers he could serve at the same time. The upshot was that I bought a mattress considerably more expensive than I had thought but which I think will make sleeping more comfortable. Jon had all the key features that I look for when deciding whether to part with my money. I left the store confident in my purchase and looking forward to my new mattress.

The overall service we received from Jon was exceptional, he was very knowledgable about the products, had a great way about him, no pressure to buy, was helpful and polite from the moment we entered the store - so much so my husband would even consider offering him a job at his company.

Mark, our customer service assistant, was attentive without being pushy. He guided us on the choice and suitability of mattresses to suit our needs. He allowed us plenty of time to try out those most applicable and did not hurry our decision making. Mark was knowledgeable and informative about the different mattresses and their benefits without showing bias to any particular type/brand. He was polite, courteous and made the whole process easy and efficient.

Friendly staff don't put pressure on u to buy and did there best to help with anything
